It must be very difficult for both of you at this time.
However,your partner knows that you have three children and should be able to understand if you don't want any more.Does she love you for who you are or as a potential father of her child?
You are much more than a breadwinner or a provider of treats.Money is not who you are.You are a good person whatever you earn or don't earn.
