Going to pick up bf from work (grumble, moan etc etc) then microwave tea as unable to cook for one (why bother??), then night in as have no money so can't join friends (moan, moan)

Make yourself really happy by choosing a favourite TV program or your favourite music - maybe some reading and blogging as well.
Alcohol is no more than a cheap disguise. You feel no better later and often much worse.
